Officials Seminar
MQ will be running an Officials Seminar in Gladstone on 28th/29th January. The club requires any member that is available to attend. We need volunteers to become officials to assist with running club days for the year. There are a few volunteers that have stepped away and we need to fill those positions. So please put your hand up to help if you can, its fun, free and its easy to do.

2 Day Camp Over
There will be a two day practice session held on 4th/5th February. The track will be fully prepared and watered. Camping overnight is encouraged, canteen facilities will be operating. If you can lend a hand to get the track prep done or help out on the day please call Pete to register your interest. This is open to all riders, even if you don't race!!!

Track Rules
Just a reminder for all our new members and a reminder for existing members about the track code of conduct:
Anytime you are at the track you must wear enclosed footwear.
The only dogs permitted at MQ venues are Guide Dogs. Any dog locked in a car or in the back of a ute is unacceptable and you will have to leave the venue.
Our venue is a sporting arena and as such no glass is permitted.
Please place all rubbish in the bins provided or take it home with you.
All officials(that includes flag marshalls) must have a zero alcohol reading. Guardians/parents/ drivers are also advised to have a zero alcohol level.
If the front gate is locked or no officials are in attendance please do not enter the track.
There is a comprehensive list of do's and dont's in the MOM's (rule book that will be sent out to all licence holders shortly) when you get them please take the time to read it and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
