NEWS FOR 2009

Ocean to Orange will commence on the Saturday 17th January in Yeppoon for round 1, Sunday 18th January in Gladstone for round 2 and round 3 will be held on 1st February with the venue to be announced later. Please keep an eye on the MQLD website for the latest supregs.

The last practice session for the year will be held on Sunday 28th December. A huge thanks to Tim Althaus for opening the track Sundays for us to practice.

For those riders who wish to compete in the CQ moto-x series this year, there have been a few changes to the rules, one is that this year you will need to have a NATIONAL licence to compete at the CQ events. Check out the supregs for the series at www.mqld.org.au to see what else has changed.

The AGM was held on Saturday and a new committee has been nominated for 2009...the canteen position and grants manager are stil vacant, so if you spare a few week ends here and there to help out go to the CONTACT US page and let us know if you can help out.
